WHAT ARE WE TESTING?
We are looking for men and women WHO HAVE PSORIASIS to test a new Psoriasis Cream for 14 days.

WHAT IS REQUIRED?
You will be required to complete 2 online surveys AND upload 2 selfie photos of one of your psoriasis-affected areas on time in return for a $50 Amazon.com e-card upon completion.

You will also need to upload a photo of an area on your skin where you have psoriasis TODAY when completing this screener survey (because this will serve as your “before treatment cream” photo.) There is an easy upload button inside of the survey near the end.

For the selfies (up to 2 photos):
Make sure you have good lighting, no shadows.
Take the photo of your psoriasis-affected area so photo is close-up (about 5 inches away) and clearly shows your psoriasis in one area that is 3″ x 3″. This will be the area that you will apply the cream and you’ll need to take the photo of this area on Day 10 of use and again on Day 21 of use if selected for this study.
Focused, non-blurry photos only.
Do not use special filters, special effects, or alter the photo in any way.
