Free Slice Terms: Your Free Slice reward is now available in your Cheesecake Rewards account. Your Free Slice reward entitles you to one (1) free slice of any cheesecake or layer cake with any purchase of food or beverage (excluding gift cards) from a Participating Restaurant within 30 days of reward issuance, subject to availability. “Participating Restaurant” means any The Cheesecake Factory restaurant located in the United States, including Puerto Rico. Your Free Slice Reward will expire thirty (30) days after issuance.

For dine-in, please notify your server that you are redeeming the Free Slice reward before payment and provide the phone number associated with your Member account.

For pickup orders, please notify us at time of order that you would like to redeem your Free Slice reward and provide the phone number associated with your Member account.

For online pickup orders, please log into your account, select your Free Slice reward and apply it to your order on the cart page.

You may also redeem your Free Slice reward on orders placed through DoorDash (Free Slice reward is not redeemable through any other food delivery service). To redeem your Free Slice reward through DoorDash, you must have your Cheesecake Rewards account linked with your DoorDash account. You may link your Cheesecake Rewards account with your DoorDash account via DoorDash.com or via the DoorDash app. In order to successfully link these accounts, the phone number associated with your DoorDash account must match the phone number associated with your Cheesecake Rewards account. Accounts must remain linked for reward to be available for use. To redeem the Free Slice reward, when placing an order through DoorDash from a Participating Restaurant during the Offer Term, apply the Free Slice reward from your available Promotions when checking out via DoorDash.com or the DoorDash app. Other fees (including service fee), taxes, and gratuity still apply. Neither DoorDash nor The Cheesecake Factory are responsible for any inability to link accounts, regardless of cause, and will not provide rain checks or other ‘make goods’ in the event of any such inability.
